PROGRAM TESTIMONIALS
Dear Sharron,
I thought you would find it amusing to hear what my sons were talking about in the back seat of the car on the way home from the PrimeTime Summer Arts Performance last Friday.
Kent: I HATE leaving SHARRON MILLER. I wish it went on FOREVER, or at least ALL YEAR!!!
Noel: Yeah. That would be so AWESOME.
Kent: I am SO doing two sessions next year.
Noel: ME TOO!! and I'm doing every year all the way up to EMERALDS!!
Kent: I'm doing EMERALDS and then I'm coming back to be a counselor when I'm 15!
Kent: EMERALDS are sooooooooooooo cool!!! They get to dance to the best music!!!
Mom: It looked like you really enjoyed dancing to Surfin' USA.
Kent: You think that Surfin' USA even begins to compare with Low Rider?
Mom: The WAR song IS really cool.
Kent: Yeah, life starts to get really good once you're a PEARL.
Mom: All the groups performed magnificently. There wasn't one piece that didn't make me dance in my seat. The whole community is such a warm, wonderfully human place to be. That's why you want to come again and again.
Kent: Yeah, I know. But if you're a boy in EMERALDS you get really good roles. Their dances are so much more complicated than ours.
Mom: Ahhh, you see the benefit of being a boy in the dance world. Now, about those ballet classes I was talking about...how about this Fall?"
You, the teachers, and the counselors create such a warm, wonderful, inspiring place for the children (and the parents). We so deeply appreciate having found you in the community and plan on many more performances with SMAPA!!!!
Warmly,
Barbara

Dear Sharron,
A very heartfelt thank you to you and your staff for giving my daughter a great camp experience. She had a wonderful time & was thrilled to be in a “show” before so many people.
Best wishes for continued success,
A. L.
Sharron,
Thank you again for a wonderful three weeks and a great show. Jacqueline had a blast!
We are the proud parents of two daughters who have been members of SMAPA for almost two years. It has always been a priority that we seek out quality programs for our children that fit our high standards. Sharron Miller has done an exceptional job of building a world class dance program that provides the girls with rigorous training. This prepares them, not just physically but also mentally, to support their growth in the studio and beyond.
We have attended other dance schools in the past that lacked the holistic perspective and life lessons that SMAPA offers. The instruction is superb and is delivered in a professional, demanding, yet supportive fashion that encourages each student to grow uniquely. We find Ms. Miller’s approach to teaching the girls how to carry themselves as young ladies at all times is very much in synch with our values. She lovingly shares many of her life experiences as a source of inspiration.
We were especially impressed with a recent occurrence wherein our daughter’s instructor was prepared to advance her to the next level. Ms. Miller insisted she remain at the same level for another session to solidify her foundation which will serve her best in the long run. Another example of how Ms. Miller truly considers what is in the best interest of the student rather than just moving her through to appease child and/or parent. We are so very grateful to have discovered Sharron Miller and her wonderful school. It is an experience that continues to have a positive impact in our daughter’s lives.
Sincerely.
RDL
